We at NCCR believe in small scale problem solving and fixing things over buying expensive new investments. For instance, discontinued parts of machines or a totally new problem that you need help with.
Both CAD-drawing and engineering, 3D-scanning and printing, as well as good old metal and wood work are no strangers to us. Design and colour schemes fall into our area of expertise and as well as heavy leather and fabric work down to sewing, knitting and crochet. Sounds maybe strange, but sometimes a special problem needs a special solution – or didn’t you learn in school that 1960’s Apollo Moon Rover wheels and even its circuitry were handwoven on special looms?
A small family business team like ours has short routes to everything. For example, the same person who does the 3D-drawings, does also the 3D-printing. First solutions can often be tested within 1 or 2 days instead of weeks. No need to start a “business case” or wait weeks for an answer and results.
We are a team of 4 with very different backgrounds which gives us the possibility to attack problems hands on from widely different angles.
